Copyright Text: This layer was created by Bergmann Associates, Inc. In 2012, Bergmann Associates was contracted by the Town of Greece Department of Public Works to GPS and map the Town's sanitary and storm sewer systems. Bergmann digitized the Town of Greece Sewer Network in ArcGIS Desktop version 10 from scanned and georeferenced As-Built Drawings and GPS Survey data. Structure locations were derived from Survey Grade GPS locations taken by Bergmann on manholes and other sewer infrastructure points collected between October 2012 and May 2013. Locations where GPS was not available data were recorded from georeferenced As-Builts or from Monroe County GPS locations. Small portions of the Sewer Network were previously developed by the Town and were incorporated into the database. The Location field describes the source of the geometry. Attributes were recorded as shown on the As-Built drawings. Based on these drawings, the flow direction in the geometric network was registered by digitizing mains from upstream to downstream nodes. (2013, Bergmann Associates, Inc., Rochester, NY).
